Homebrew Shortcuts Beta 2 for M33 adds a few more options in shortcuts.conf.
Changelog:
Now supports the analog stick. Example usage with the new power shortcuts
- AUP = analog up
- ADOWN = analog down
- ALEFT = analog left
- ARIGHT = analog right
New power shortcuts
- ADOWN=POWEROFF - power off the PSP
- ALEFT=REBOOT - reboot the PSP
- ARIGHT=STANDBY - go to sleep mode

This is great. One question only - my PSP reboots every time I quit homebrew launched with this shortcut plugin - is this a standard behaviour ?
